We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join our legal team and accompany the growth of a Creative Agency and a Software Company, where contracts, agreements and legal advice coexist with disruptive ideas and digital environments.
What are you going to do?
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial, labor and service contracts.
- Advise on corporate legal issues, intellectual property and compliance.
- Accompany licensing processes, agreements and relationships with suppliers or customers.
- Participate in projects where law intersects with innovation and technology.
¿What will you learn?
Legal and professional English applied to global environments. Innovation in legal management, document and flow automation. Artificial Intelligence applied to the analysis of contracts, regulations and legal processes.
- Digital legal tools (such as e-signature platforms, document management, etc.). What are we looking for?
- Law graduate or advanced law student.
- Knowledge in commercial, corporate or business law.
- Good writing skills, proactivity and business vision.
